Ideologically led leadership learning and supporting activities ensure each expedition is unique and tailored to the business and its desired outcomes. This allows for teams and individuals to realise their full potential.
Where appropriate, we combine current theoretical content with proven experiential learning methods, which can incorporate original outdoor and adventure team building activities.
By skillfully weaving engaging and innovative experiential learning activities into the learning process, we are able to 'breathe life' into theory models. This allows participants to go beyond simply “understanding” and move into the realm of “application of learning”.
For the client, this results in higher levels of retention and transfer of learning into the workplace and therefore optimised leader, team and organisational performance.
To this end, we have our own experiential learning instructors, equipment and access to state of the art infrastructure. This includes High Challenge Course, rafting as well as a vast array of other experiential learning resources.

Our Custom Programs
Leading Edge Programs
We understand that different people have different preferred learning styles, and this is reflected in our dynamic team development and alignment programs.
For any number of reasons, teams can often lead to a divisive and “silo” based culture which is inordinately expensive in terms of morale and productivity. Over 25 years of working in this field, we have developed a sound understanding of how to move thinking from a divisive silo-based outlook to either a “one team” model or a collaborative sub-teams model.
Our programs are custom designed based on a thorough scoping process. We then focus on the team by examining current behaviours and preferences using a combination of “tools” which may include experiential learning activities, individual and team profiling tools and discussion work.

A Leading Edge Program is designed to support an organisational philosophy of developing people for the future.
It delivers learning and growth opportunities for leaders by primarily focussing on their individual development needs. It is part of a process that targets and implements purposeful growth in self, as a leader and as part of a team.

The Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360) provides leaders with a leadership profile that delivers: Critical insights into their work-related behaviour. A gap analysis of the extent to which they demonstrate these behaviours.
The Syncretics Group
Denis Perkins, from Syncretics, has studied leaders and teams facing the limits of human endurance — a place he calls The Edge.
