An intriguing model of effective communication is based on learning from Canadian Geese.

Geese work very successfully as a team. They fly remarkable distances with the objective of all arriving at the same place safely together.

They are successful because they;

have a common goal and vision,
collaborate with each other, and
communicate constantly and effectively. Remember, 'honking' is just 'honking' if it is not constant and effective!
